I think when a person falls into category that "has not that much to lose" (even tho it seems to you/I that it is a whole heck of a lot to shed), it gets REALLY hard. Your height and weight is probably the same in comparison to my height and weight....
I am nearly 5'4" and started out at 165+ pounds. First 10-12 pounds were easy, then at 152-153 I just hit a wall. -- If I had high sodium meal; my scale was
, 7-10 days before TOM; my scale was
; if I over worked my muscles; my scale was
-- Hormones are the worst tho. I finally got down to 146.5 and pre TOM time started and I gained 5.5 pounds.....
Now TOM is gone, down to 148.5...hoping to take advantage of this two week window when my body is not acting all
and make some progress and hit 145 lbs, before the crazyness starts all over again with TOM.
I think I will only count as my official weight once per month, and it has to be after TOM leaves da house.
I have driven myself and my wonderful 3FC friends bonkers
Luckily I am learning, I may be slow, but learning
After 3 months I know I am making progress, it just does not feel like it day to day or week to week.
Hang in there!
just learn to know your body and it's cycles and what sets it off (my case sodium and sugar cause bloat).
