If I make a pasta dish, I portion it out and freeze it, so there aren't any readily available leftovers. If I'm making pasta to eat right away, I weigh 2oz and just cook that. It keeps me on track to not have leftovers all over the place.

Lately it's been sugar free pudding mix for me. I put some in my protein smoothies and it tastes so good! But I hate hate hate that it has aspartame.

Cherry Coke Zero. If I want something sweet, I'll have a glass.. maybe once a week.

Splenda, although I'm not putting that into the 'frankenfood' category, because it technically is made from sugar, even if they have to genetically modify it so we can't digest it. LOL.

I used to eat the jello 10 calorie cups, but I've gotten away from them about 30lbs ago. I don't know why.

As far as pasta goes, I'm a calorie counter, and if I want 2 or 100 servings of it, I'll have it... but it goes into my daily calories. Ah, pasta....

I guess my actual crutch thing is my daily salad. It's a huge salad, and I have it every day, and it satisfies me, and it makes me feel better, lol. I'm clearly addicted to it!

I too am addicted to the Cherry Coke Zero. I allow myself one a day at lunchtime.

And Popcorn! Unfortunately, the Movie Theatre Butter type! Plus I crave it late at night, which is probably not the best time to eat it! Working on slowly easing that out of my plan!

Oh! So SO try the butter 100 calorie packs from... the green box.. lol. I can't recall the name. It's in a green box for sure. I'm in love with them, and its just enough "butter" to make me feel like I'm actually eating the horrid kind, and its in the pre portioned pack, so I'm only at 100, lol.

Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal. I eat it for meals with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, I eat it dry as a snack or dessert - I eat it when I'm hungry and need something "fast" - it's my total go-to food. Not bad for me, but sometimes I overdo it!

OMG, diet cola and artificial sweeteners in general are mine; I get tired of drinking so much water and tea and I just crave the carbonation. I don't really care for fruity sodas, so doing the whole carbonated water + fruit juice isn't going to cut it for me. And I don't like my tea to be too sweet, but I like just enough to get the bitter out of my tea. And coffee? Forget about it, lol. The creamer in coffee is what gets me too; I put in just enough to make my coffee cloud up but I never know how much that actually is. Yikes!
