YEY! :carrot: I'm going to DC this weekend to see my cousin, and were going shopping, so hopefully my track wont be thrown off tooooooo much, lol.. I'll just eat well and I know we will be walking a lot, so I should be good. :crossed: Keep going everyone!! It's only the 15th! :D |
Again, not really trying to lose this month, just maintain, but I keep losing. Yay me!
Start weight: 174.0 December 8: 173.0 December 15: 171.2 Down 2.8 pounds this month so far. Now I'm reallynhoping I'll make it out of the 170s that would be such a treat! |
I'm out! There's no way I'll make 10lbs by Jan 1, doesn't matter though, my stats are not one that could really do it anyways. But I am down 3 :)

Good Morning Everyone!
I'm still at 204, which is good and bad. I think I have hit my "week before TOM holding pattern". It's hard not to get discouraged when I don't see the scale moving as fast as it did in the beginning when I was losing 8-10lb per month...but I have to remember that I am not gaining, and when it's averaged out I'm still losing 1lb a week. SW: 208 12/8: 204 12/15: 204 GW: 198 |

I've had a terrible time with water weight and bloating this month. It took my forever to get over strong antibiotics and then TOM. Finally seeing some downward movement!

I'm doing pretty well. Don't know if I'll make 10, but I'm ecstatic to be out of the 170's!
