In for sure! I've averaged 10 pounds a month in October and November and really hope I can keep it going in December! Honestly I'll be happy with any loss with everything going on this month but I'm going to keep working for that 10. If I can make it that would mean I would achieve my second mini goal and blow past my 2nd 10% by this time next month!

Hi all! I lost exactly 10 pounds last month. At my weight I could probably be losing faster, but considering Halloween candy, my daughter's birthday, and TG I am beyond fine with it!!

I'm in! I haven't lost much Since October. I, however, am not looking to lose 10 pounds this month. I am just aiming for 3 lb. I'll be happy with at least a 2 lb loss.

I'm in! Last month I lost roughly 5.5lb
This morning i will weigh in at my school gym because they have a scale like they have a doctor's offices. However, this number might be slightly higher than last week's 210.5, because last night I got my TOM. I don't know when it'll be over either because I only get them once ir twice a year and sometimes they last for a month. The cramps are ridiculous so I am not sure if I will be able to get to the gym as much as I'd like. I hate this especially during finals week! Oh well it doesn't help to complain about it. Official weigh in will be posted early this afternoon class because my school gym doesn't open til noon |
