Okay, I was bad last night and ate waaay too much sodium (tortellini with alfredo sauce...why?) and topped it off with three beers. I'm up 0.2 lbs which isn't too bad, but its still disappointing. I weighed 175.6 on Friday, and today I weigh 175.8. doesn't change my ticker any since I rounded up, but I was really hoping to have lost SOMETHING!
Trying to make better food choices, and I lowered my calorie budget from 1610 per day to 1361 since I haven't been able to exercise like I should. |
All but .1 of my water weight is gone! And I've been peeing today like its my job! :lol: Hopefully I'll see an actual drop tomorrow as I've been completely on plan all week/weekend and I know it's because I didn't get my sleep and I didn't drink enough. :crossed: that it goes AWAY!

I'm off to a slow start, like last month. I had an off-plan weekend and was happy to have lost a few ounces. I'm trying to get back to my eating routine and I did manage to resist all the food in my office kitchen today.

My digital scale is broken, my son (18 months) managed to flood the bathroom and submerge it. Eek.

Well, I didn't stick with my lowered calorie limit...I put it back up to 1607. I figured I should keep it there for a while and see how it goes before lowering it. I did pretty good yesterday, came in under calories, anddd......
I weighed in at 175! Pound down!! I've also been trying to watch my sodium levels and drink more water, I think that that has helped. So I'm 8 lbs down since Thanksgiving, and 3 lbs down for December. :D |
I'm holding steady at my 2lb loss so far. Jerky body. :lol:

173.8 this morning...I don't know whether to even count it or not because its a little more than a pound down from yesterday! Of course, I did just start my diet. This is the whoosh phase of the weight loss. I think my body's saying "Oh thank GOD you stopped putting all that junk in me!" and the poundage slipping away is a sigh of relief... Ok, I'm going to count it. as 174. 4 lbs down! |
So I had to move my weigh in day, because the gym where I normally weigh myself (because it has a more-accurate medical scale, and because it helps me stick to weekly weigh ins... I get over anxious about it and weigh myself every day, then obsess about fluctuations, etc. its not good.) is closed this weekend. So I moved it to two days earlier, which was today.
So I am PROUD to weigh in today. SW: 208.75 CW: 205 GW: 199.anything (I'll be satisfied if I am 199.9, just as long as I'm under 200) This makes me 3.75lb down this week. YAY!!! I am working sooooo hard I can't even explain. But last week I lowered my daily calorie limit and I've been faithfully sticking to it this week and I've upped my activity level this week as well. It is paying off! I am sooo stoked, I really hope I make my mini goal. I may also weigh in on Monday, just to make sure this wasn't a fluke. |
173 this morning! 5 lbs down. Halfway to the holiday goal! I think I'm going to change my ticker to give myself another 5 lbs to lose til New Years. :D
