Default Overeating and bloating... help?

I ate too much for lunch. It wasn't "a lot" (this was no binge or anything) but just a 2nd helping of a coconut fish soup and oohhhhh my tummy hurts so bad. Should not have had it What do you do? Just drink water? I can't believe I used to have this feeling throughout the day. Now that I"ve taught myself to recognize true hunger/fullness, I'm paying the price for ignoring it!

I think the only thing you can do is rest and digest. BTDT. Not a good feeling! I wonder if ginger ale would work.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.
