Default Everyone Weigh in 10/28/11
It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 216, down four pounds from last week.

While it is clear that the "Kidney Infection Leading to a 4 day 103 F Fever" crash diet is indeed highly effective, I cannot in good faith recommend it to anyone due to the severe Quality of Life negative impact issues.

Yeah, I'm better now. I have my second Dr's appointment tomorrow, and I am hoping that he'll clear me to go back to work so I don't get even broker than I already am.

I have no idea.

My digital scale says 193, my analog says 185. Just on Wednesday my analog was saying 190, I don't think I lost 5lbs 2 days.

I'm thinking a new scale is in order!! Throwing out the other 2 for sure.

Weighed in at 207 this morning, down 1lb from last week...which is a relief...on Tuesday my scale said 212

Ugh...My love/hate relationship with my scale.....This morning I loved it!! 214.8..considering monday...it was at 219...I cried...litterally.....(sodium how I hate thee!!!)

still 180, same as last week, although I did have a two pound drop mid week, better than a two pound up I suppose

If my official weigh in was Sunday, I would be down two pounds...
But my official weigh in day is Monday and I'm back up two pounds (stupid tailgate party!).

Net = 0 pounds lost.
