well, I'm 5lbs down! that's the YAY!
I was 132 when I started, and I got on the scale this morning and it read 127--I'm proud of myself, it hasn't been whole month yet. I made my first mini-goal to be 5lbs down by my birthday (Nov 10th) so I'm way ahead of schedule.. My first BIG goal was to be down 10lbs by Christmas-- I think I may eveb be able to do it by Thanksgiving
my BOO is, I've been slacking BIG time with working out
I usually go for walks with my daughter in the mornings, but it's been so cold and rainy (and we've both started getting a cold) so I just haven't done it for a while. I keep saying I'm going to do a video, but I haven't.
I did do some reps of things this morning: 2 min of jumping jacks/jump rope, 3 min of weights with reverse lunges, and then 1 min of ab work-- and I did that 3 times. I just need to get myself back in gear. *sigh* I'm excited about those 5lbs, but I feel like I should have been able to do more if I'd just make myself DO SOMETHING.
