Hello everyone, this is my first thread and first time on here. I am here to look for motivation and support to help me to lose weight. I am determined this time to knock it out and keep it off. Trust me I can use all the help possible. I must say I am doing well. I just started about a week ago after speaking with my nutritionist and thus far I have loss 10lbs. I am on a 225 carb a day diet. At first I thought I was going to starve, but after she broke it all down for me I realize it would be a piece a cake. (Pun intended). I went from 390 to 380 in a week and a half. I know some of it is water weight, but hey, weight is weight. So I am eating right, cut out the fast food and sodas. Water and Crystal light for me, plenty of vegetables and fruits. I workout and drink my protein shakes. By the way I am 6'3" tall.
Well it's getting late and I am tired. I hope to chat with each of you soon. Lets motivate each other.
