I hope this heart works. I have never gotten art off the web before.

Cool, it worked. I hope you all are haing a good day so far. I am writing in for the weigh in. I am at 153 that is a total of 3.5 lbs. I only have to drop .5 lbs. WOW

Dean you are really doing great with your workout.

Ebe how is the moving going?

Hubby and I are going to dinner tonight in New Orleans. I told him that him coming home is the only valentine I need. This week has been pure ****.

Hey guys, athlete that I am, you know what I just did? I went for a walk and fell down! Bloody elbow and everything!

I just hope nobody saw me.

How'd that happen. What am I an idiot?

And we're supposed to go out tonite, and I'm going to have bandages on my elbow and hand!

Cool ad on art, folks! Someday I am going to get my picture up here. I am going to weigh myself today, I think.

Anybody run into this:

It seems that I can only really do one thing at a time on plan. I got my head wrapped around exersise, and was doing great, all of a sudden my eating plan went out the window!

Ah, well, I am taking it a little easy on myself right now. Not too stressed about it.

Hi - I hope I can join on half way through here, because I'd love to be part of the challenge. I am at 192 and I want to loose 4 pounds by the end of the month -is that realistic? I'd really welcome your feedback and support.

sorry i didn't get back with you before now, it's been hectic. hope everyone had a great valentines day!!

No loss to report for me, but my hubby bought me a recumbent exercise bike on valentines day (I already rode it today).

todays goals:
1. drink lots of water
2. lift weights
3. eat 5 or 6 small(with emphasis on the small)meals.

Hi ladies. sorry I've been MIA. I'm reluctuant to say that I have been really in a funk and not trying that hard at eating properly (still exercising like crazy and drinking water though). I kicked my own butt yesterday to get back into the swing of things -- I have come too far to give up!

You're doing great, Raelynn. Exercise and water are 2/3 of our goals. Monday is a great day to start nice and fresh. Glad you're still with us.
