I would love to hear how everyone is doing it!!! I know that I soak up all the info I can. I would love to hear everyones tips on what works best for them. I know some are obvious, drink water exercise. But you may have some suggestions no one else does or we just need to be reminded of! Lets hear them gang!
1. Eat salsa on anything and everything! (salad, potato ect...)
2. Plan ahead, if you know you want that steak for dinner eat light for lunch and supper.
3. Don't limit yourself so completely you go crazy. That brownie probably is worth that extra mile.
