GM everyone
Praying for all of your safety and well-being on the east coast.

I work today and Monday, so it'll be "off-schedule" for me. I am trying really hard to stay under 1500 cals these next 2 days, so that I can see a drop next Friday!

I finally had a good Saturday (for once)
Saturday's Menu
PB Oats 274
Chicken and Cabbage Soup, Peach, Cranberry Tea 317
1 TBS PB, Petite’ Four ~ 305
Chicken and Cabbage Soup, Peach Cobbler, Carb Smart Vanilla ~ 468
Total: 1364

Water: ~112 oz
585

I had a “play date” with Noah, my 6 yr old nephew. His older brother gave him his old bike (a stunt bike) for his bday last week, and I took him to the school parking lot for lessons. They have a BIG area for learning to ride a bike. Afterwards, I took him to his fave junk food place to eat-Sonic. We had an outside picnic. I had a TBS of PB. He had a corndog and fries. I am usually not tempted when I go there, fried food is and I really despise fries. He had a great time as we have not been on a "play date" in a while. I really miss that too!

Congrats on the grandchild!!!!

Forgive me for not doing personals please. Just wanted to check in

Yesterday did bike ride in the morning, elliptical in the afternoon (45 mins, resistance 3, incline 15), and then full body on the gym at 9pm... the last one was per DH's suggestion since I apparently had a bit of energy (and wouldn't stop chatting, lol)
Hope everyone is having a good weekend and all those on the east are staying safe!

Checking in, glad to see you guys are all safe and sound thus far!
I had a weird morning, didn't weigh in because DH was in the shower and before I knew it I was drinking my coffee. Oh well, scale probably had nothing exciting to say anyways.
Stayed on plan yesterday, less munchy than the day before, thank goodness.
Sitting here, making plans in my head for September. Trying to decide if I want to do another running challenge for myself or something different. Anyone have any September goals yet?
Ugh. Do you guys ever have days where you don't feel like doing a single thing?

How's everyone in the TS zone doing? Thinking of you all.

Weighed in at 170 for the second day in a row. Looks like I was holding on to some water. My meds have been upped a bit but I think they need to be upped some more- all I do right now is sleep. And I'm losing quite a bit of hair. I did make it to the gym twice this week, won't be going today as they close in a half hour but will try to do at least half an hour on the stationary bike. Eating is so/so. I'm having trouble with wanting to eat all the time.

Happy Sunday, Glad to hear all are safe and sound from Irene. Busy day here trying to get all the things clean and together for my DS to leave for college on Tuesday. Man, he has a lot of "stuff".

I got through Kenpo X and four loads of laundry so far. A coffee, some diet yogurt w/ cinnamon and a small amt. of chicken and broccoli. Kids and DH came in with Jalapeno Cheetos (a major weakness) and I only ate 1 (less than 1g carbs). Let's hear it for willpower! Knowing I'm accountable here is so good for me. Hope it is for you all, too.

Up 0.4 lb, but I'm still under 180 so not too worried, down for the week.
