He better grow into those feet! LOL My son turns 15 in 2 weeks. For the last 3-4 years he has worn the same size shoe as his age (heck, maybe it's been longer than 3-4 years). We're hoping he's about done with this foot growth stuff. My husband wears a 12 and is 6'1", but his last running shoes needed to be a 13, go figure.

Sorry Dh is back in the hospital, but hopefully this will set him back on the road to recovery.

Feet grow first. I wore a size 9 shoe when I was less than 5 feet tall. My mom was worried I would be some sort of freak, but I grew.

My younger son has big feet too. he's 6 and wears a youth 3.5.

Larry,
My son's new shoes don't look much different from those and I already told him we were shopping for clown shoes next time.

Everyone tells my DH that he has ski's on his feet. They also joke that you don't want him to put a foot in your a$$.

Default 2nd Week on IP

This is my 2nd week on IP. I'm glad I found this website early on in my journey, because, WoW! Week 1 nearly kicked my behind! I did it, though. Had to pray myself through a couple of days, and I'm sure that I will have hard days to come. But, It's going well now.

Hi Everyone!

It's hard to believe the weekend is already gone!

I have been thinking about sweets recently. I decided for DH and I to get a piece of marble cheesecake and share it. We had that for dinner. Now I know why I was thinking about sweets. I think TTOM is starting. I should have known something was up. I don't normally think about that type of stuff. I had a higher calorie day, but I had the cheesecake in place of dinner and shared it with DH. Although, there is no excuse for how large the serving of cheesecake that the restaurant served us was. That is ridiculous! Delicious but ridiculous! I estimated the calories. I could be off one way or the other.

Alaskanalughter Thanks for sharing the pictures. They are beautiful. You and your SIL did a great job on the cake.
