I'm one pound closer as of this morning....can't complain because I didn't feel like it was a great week. Why is it when you are really trying to behave you get invited to so many BBQ's, etc. Big neighbor party last Saturday with cheeseburgers and all kinds of yummy dips and mayonnaise filled salads, chips....and beer of course. And then Tuesday, my friend was singing at a local bar....so of course I had to have a couple drinks with friends that night too. These social gatherings are what slow down my progress I think....I need to become a hermit maybe...haha
Oh well...all things considered....I had a good time hanging with friends this week & lost a pound too.
