Weigh in today:
Friday (the 1st) I was 154
Today... I'm still 154.

Next Sunday I HOPE I drope 2 + pounds... but it is that holiday weekend and I won't be able to do the SHRED because I'm out camping...

Hey all! I wasn't sure if I was supposed to edit my original post or make a new post with my weigh-in, but I lost 4 lbs!! I'm super excited. A lot of that was water weight from picking up weight training again, but I'm glad to see the scale going down.

I'm in. Late but I need to join. I am doing great with the exercise. Not so great at handling my new and increased appetite because of it.
I'm thinking of upping my calories to something more in line with the amount of activity I do in a day. Maybe 1300-1400.

I would love to be 172.6 by Aug 1st. I will try to achieve this by fully counting everything, planning for when I know I will be hungriest (Late afternoon) and training hard.
