I'd love to join too! I will be on vacation mid-end July, so I won't be able to weigh for a couple of weeks but I will be back in time to weigh on Aug 1. We will be camping/hiking for some of the vacation, so I hope to get some good exercise in then!

This will be harder than last month with 4th of July weekend, birthdays (3 of them - not all mine - lol), and parting ways with a health advisor that I don't see eye to eye with. I'm up for a challenge, so let's go! :boxing: WI for me is weekly on Wednesdays. I'm in! Today's weight was 278... five pounds gained in four days. I'm sure it's mostly water weight from high sodium foods, but it's also some junk I've been eating the last three days. I will weigh again tomorrow for my official start weight.

I thought I had lost 10 pounds in June, because I started at 216.8, then weighed in Monday at 205.4. Well it must have been a fluke because although the last 3 days have been totally OP, my scale now prefers to be right around 208. I'll know for sure tomorrow. My goal is to be at 197 on August 1. That's my pre-pregnancy weight for my first son! I plan to rev up my exercise this month too. Last month was focused more on easing back into exercise, which I feel like I successfully did. This month I want to start building up to running again, and will follow a modified C25K plan (3 days/week is not enough for me!) Hopefully kicking up exercise will give me the boost I need to get to 197!! |

I'm in too. Not sure I'll get to 10 pounds lost this month or any month from now on now that I've been at this awhile and my body seems to be getting more efficient and not dropping as fast, but I'll try to do my best for the month. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and wrap up last month's weigh-in and start this month's.
Editing to add: I'm going to weigh-in daily. Why? I lose extremely cyclically and it really frustrates me to see it a week at a time because one week it will be up two pounds and the next down four. Plus, if others see how weight can fluctuate so much, it might make them less frustrated. Not saying I'll post every day, but when I post for the week, I'll plug in all numbers. |

I'd like to join. I'm at 268 and getting into the 250's in time for my kid's birthday party on the 6th of August would be great. My son turns 7 on the 4th and my daughter turns 1 on the 6th. Wow, time flies! She still seems so little.
