Not sure if anyone would be interested in using this or not... I weigh myself every day and write down the weight. Well, yesterday I created a chart to hang over my scale. To me, it is inspirational to see the numbers go down. It starts 01JUN2011 and goes to 31MAY2012.

Just print, record, and watch the numbers decrease.

    Just trying to be helpful

  • I also weigh everyday , I write the result on my calendar. I can see any trend upward or downward in an instant.
  • Ha! And announce my weight to whoever happens to wander into my bathroom?! Not a chance!

I weigh everyday, but I prefer to wright it down privately.
  • I use a phone app that gives me a nifty chart that I can see 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or a year of weights. I love it and it's fun to see the trends.

Glad you found something that works for you!
  • love it! thanks
  • Quote: What phone app is that? For android?
I love this app - it's where I put in everything - on my phone, my ipad or online.

  • TYSVM!!!! printed and stuck right above the scale
  • I've been charting my weight there for 2+ years I give it 2 thumbs up!!
  • I use an old fashioned spiral binder.
  • I use Calorie Counter by FatSecret for my BlackBerry.

It works great and has practically everything you can possibly eat in the database...and you can customize or add something if it's not in there.

  • I use the MyFitnessPal app on my iPad and my Android phone to track my calories, water intake, and weight. I also have an Excel spreadsheet that I keep with my goals, inches, weight, and exercise routine. It helps hold me accountable!
  • I weigh daily and write it down daily in an Excel file (going on for 2 years now) that shows a graph and weight in kg (my scale is in kilograms) and I have a conversion to pounds. I have been living here for several years but I still think in feet, inches, pounds and degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Oh that is a good idea to use excel!! I was pondering a way to make a dot graph easily besides using the wii.

Yep you're right; that's really Excel's specialty; tabular data and generating charts. I made my own Excel file but there are many excel weight loss spreadsheets that can be downloaded.
