June 1: 190.9
June 8: 190.5 (TOM) June 15 188.3 June 30: 187.6 so I definitely didn't make the 10 pound mark but I'm still happy that I'm going in the right direction. My body has been pretty crazy this month and I'm in the process of seeing lots of docs for some things so I'm pretty happy with the 3lb loss despite everything. :D It's especially good since I've been losing more like 1lb/month lately. |

Start weight as at 06/01: 173lbs
06/03: 170! (3pounds lost!, sure it's water weight, whatever, i'm glad the scale moved left!) 06/10: 168 06/17: 166 06/24: 167.5 (result of poor choices, i hope i lose it ASAP!) 07/01: 169.8lbs!!! I didn't make the target weight but i'm grateful for the 3.2pounds loss. Thanks to everyone who participated, your comments went a long way to keep me focused. See you on the July thread. |
So I'm nowhere near my target BUT I had a pleasant surprise this morning of seeing a number BELOW 140 for the first time in a long time. I was also reminded that my scales show smaller increments that whole pounds below 140, so I ended this challenge at 139.2, which is good enough for me and a motivation to get back to the gym and resist the snacks! Good luck to everyone for July :)
Start Weight 06/01 - 143 06/08 - 142 06/15 - 142 06/22 06/29 - 140 and 2 extra days to get to GW 07/01 139.2! Overall 3.8lb loss. Here's hoping I can beat it in July :) |

Didn't lose 10 lbs this month, but I did lose 8. I'm happy enough with that! That's almost 2 lbs a week.
6/1/11: 205.4 6/8/11: 203.2 (-2.2) 6/15/11: 202.6 (-.4 - TTOM finishing up and tons of water weight) 6/22/11: 203.6 (+1.0 - my ovulation weight gain) 6/29/11: 199.6 (-4 lbs for a total of 5.8 pounds lost so far this month) 7/1/11: 197.4 (-2.2 lbs for a total of 8 pounds lost for the month) |

6/01 - 170.6 (-0.6) 6/07 - 169.6 (-1.0) 6/14 - 169.0 (-0.6) 6/21 - 165.6 (-3.4) 6/28 - 164.6 (-1.0) 7/01 - 162.0 Had a major drop in the past couple of days...have no idea why, but I'll take it!! June 1st I was 170.6 and I weighed in today at 162. 8.6 lbs! |
