I've been at or around goal for almost three years and it is a 'no' for me, too. It is on my mind all the time. It has gotten a little easier over time, but I am always conscious of it and I still log & weigh & track everything and try to stick to a calorie goal - sometimes a maintenence goal, sometimes a loss goal. When I try to not think about it I slip, gain a little, and then have to start thinking about it again. Nothing about food is intuitive for me, and I don't think it ever will be.
