Hey Georgette! Welcome! It's hard NOT to watch the numbers on the scale, isn' t it??... Sometimes I feel like my whole day revolves around calorie numbers and what the scale will tell me the next day. I guess that's what appeals to me about "one day at a time" -- if we concentrate on doing what we know we should just for today...eventually all those single days will add up and pay off, right??
So, how was your day? I did okay on food today...splurged on an Arby's sandwich for lunch--but no FF!--because I had a haircut appt. Dinner was delish and low-cal--turkey italian sausage with tomato sauce and angel hair pasta and salad. I need to journal my food now and see if I have anything left in my calorie budget for a dessert
