I wasn't really sure where to put this....
I noticed that I tend to be up a couple of pounds during TOM and again when I ovulate. So I just picked a day that was easy to remember to track my weight....a day that I could use as a constant to compare my weight against since it's always affected by water weight. So I just started recording my weight on TOM day 1 even though I'm typically up in weight a little. I've been tracking it since last August and it is so motivating to see!
Even though I've had some challenges staying on plan for days or even a week at a time, the average is always going down. To me, it's a reminder that everything is for the long run and if I have a few bad days, everything is
not ruined, and I need to just pick myself back up and start again

Even half a pound adds up over time
I'm curious to know if anyone does this, or if anyone else might find this helpful? I'm just gonna post my #'s so you can see how it might put a few bad days into perspective. I'm thinking if there's any interest, maybe we could start a group on the challenge board?
