165lbs and 109lbs (at 5'5), interestingly enough healthier at 165lbs than 109lbs, but lots of attention and boys at 109lbs (on a diet of vodka). I'm balanced now at 130lbs but find it strikingly hard to reconcile how society demands one extreme end of unhealthiness.
Well, I'm 72 and here are some stats:
21 - 121 pounds the day I got married for the first time
34 - 143 pounds the day of my divorce
44 - 173 pounds the day I got married for the second time
58 - 232 pounds the day I retired in 1998
Today 186 and working at getting back to divorce weight!
My lowest weight was probably around the age of 18 and that was 130 and my highest was 217 (that I know of) and I think I was 30 years old? When I hit 33 I decided that it was time to lose it all. Yeah... I know I should have been there by now, but I haven't quit, I'm still working on it. I've just had a few blips in the road along the journey.
As a child/teenager highest: 225 lbs, lowest: 155 (achieved through prescription amphetemine diet pills).
As an adult, highest: 394, lowest: 225 (acheived through Nutrisystem).
"This time," weight loss has felt like "uncharted waters" because it's the only time I've lost a large amount of weight through small changes rather than "drastic methods."
