Hang in there. It could be the medication. And sometimes your body just needs to catch up.

Keep tracking your food and daily thoughts and in a few weeks go back and look it over for clues. Although I'm not a numbers geek, the info can tell you a lot.

There is another member who discovered she loses, a little, a little, a little and then whoosh, 3 or 4 pounds. It took her several months of tracking and looking back to figure out, this is just how her body does it.

If you keep doing what you're doing, the scale will eventually have to follow, but we're not machines. We can do all the calculating we want, that doesn't mean it's going to work the way the books say it should.

I am one that has a strange habit of not losing for like 2 weeks. and then lose almost all my weight for the month on the next two weeks. For some reason, after TTOM to ovulation (and a day or so later), I barely budge on the scale. SMALLLLLL bouncy increments. Right before ovulation, I get all puffy, then WHOOSH. Last month I saw a pound a day for several days.

BUT... I really am losing fat/weight the entire month, but for some reason I hold fluid for the first two weeks. Like now, I can barely budge my wedding ring, yet a few days ago, it was very loose. I just have to keep to it, no matter what the scale is saying and if I do, I will eventually be rewarded.

It's hard though, I know... I've been bouncing around the same pound or two for two weeks. According to my charts I should have lost 5-6 pounds in those two weeks - not 2 lbs. My body can't read those charts though... it just does what it does and I just have to live with it and trust that the weight will eventually come off as it should.
