I inspired a few friends and my boyfriend to take up jogging since I spammed Facebook and Twitter and blogs with excited "GUYS I RAN FOR FIVE MINUTES STRAIGHT" NSVs every other day when I was just starting out. A few acquaintances have said they were inspired by my weight loss. Now I'm struggling not to regain and feel like I'm letting everybody down!
