So i've come down with some sort of Head/Chest cold and I dont know what it is but I've been sooo hungry today. I usually have a slimfast for breakfast and that tides me over until lunch, but today I had to supplement a half of a bagel as well. My calories are between 1300-1600 so i'm not out of range, but i've also wanted to snack more today. I went for a 2 mile walk yesterday but have no energy to exercise today.
How does everyone else deal with calories and exercise when they're sick?
