Thank you all for the comments. I guess the biggest reason for the way I am doing this is because it DOES work for me. That's what finally sunk into my head after "all the practice" I've had with the dieting process. To find what works for you and you are happy with. I suppose I am losing "only" 2 pounds a week but I don't feel deprived, for the most part. I can see myself doing this way of eating from now on.
