Good to see you Thin... I was getting a little worried about you.
My youngest will be home until mid-Feb. The oldest till Jan 12th.
I hope you get to see a few movies too. Kelli and I go and see lots of movies when she is home. We have theatres here that only cost 50 cents. They are not really old movies either.
Gypsy.. I think it would be great if you started a TOPS in your area. It would really help keep you on program. I belonged years and years ago. I am sure they will give you some sample meetings to follow in the beginning. I was in charge of games when I belonged. I kept the focus on "staying on program" more than amount of weight loss. Weight amount can vary sooo much... but staying on program even if you didn't lose is most important. Does that make sense?? I really enjoyed planning the contests and games.
Baylee...I agree... churches usually allow self help groups to use their facilities for free until they can afford to make a donation.
I would have to suggest an upstairs room if possible. I don't think I could go if it were in the basement. If I survived the climb... I would be unable to breathe ... not to mention the embarrassment.

The public libraries sometimes will let you use a room. If there is a fee... it is usually small. I think a public location is a better idea than in your home. It is more official that way... plus some people may be scared to go into a strangers home.
I called to join a couple of years ago... I was willing to pay the money to join , willing to pay the weekly fees , willing to have my picture taken, I just was not willing to be weighed. They would not let me join.

I wanted the support... but not the weighing.
Lucky.. hope you get a lot of rest. We miss you when you are gone. Are you working on some "today" photos ??
Kat... I forgot to tell you what a "cute" little girl you were.
My daughter just thought you were the sweetest thing.
Your hubby was cute... but
YOU are cuter.

And that is coming from someone who knows about being 2cute.
Okay... I am feeling a little better tonight. My mail got it all started

... then both daughters and DH and I went and looked at Christmas lights all around town. We used to do this all the time as a family... but since they have grown up and made lives for themselves we don't get to do it often. No boyfriends, just family... ahhh ... it was nice.
I also made a wonderful pot roast and did not overeat. It was soooo good.

I like to please my family with good food. I don't do it very often.
Good night dear friends. See you tomorrow.
Oh yes... today was thankful Thursday.... I am thankful it is OVER.
