Randomly Drop A Pound in the Afternoon
Well I weighed myself this morning and I was down to 192 and then I just weighed myself randomly and I'm 191. In disbelief because I usually weigh more in the afternoon I checked again and yep 191. I'm not dehydrated or anything. Should I update my counter or just wait and see if the change is still there in the morning? Is it weird to be dropping pounds in the middle of the day?
