Since I started my diet and exercise, and I have lost over five pounds. I still need to wait and see what the grand total is. But, I started at 267 ( I thought it was 260, but it was really 267. We don't have a scale here, I have been using a friends) but the last I checked I was 262! Maybe by the time I weigh again, I'll be kissing those 260's goodbye! I have also started running. I cannot run far, but I walk until I can run again, that's good too because I'll improve. I have been burning 300-500 cals every day since last Monday and I'm proud of myself. I just wanted to share!
You've done a great job! I started about where you are and I know exactly how hard you are working. You should e proud. Keep it up! I read once that doing something for TWO WEEKS wil make it a habit!
Thanks, all. I am sooo excited to lose the rest of this. I am really lucky to have family and friends that support me as well as this place to help me to connect with people who are or who have been where I am.
