Just giving myself a pat on the back - this past week I've been suffering from TOM, the flu, bad weather (unable to go out for a run), and my diet. I'm proud to say, I stuck to the diet throughout it all and lost 2 lbs this week.
3 more lbs and I've met my first mini goal of being under 250. Woop woop!
WOO HOO!! That's awesome! It's when you know you can stick with it throughout whatever life throws out at you, that you know can do this forever. You're doing awesome!
