Overcoming Obstacles

  • Just giving myself a pat on the back - this past week I've been suffering from TOM, the flu, bad weather (unable to go out for a run), and my diet. I'm proud to say, I stuck to the diet throughout it all and lost 2 lbs this week.

    3 more lbs and I've met my first mini goal of being under 250. Woop woop!
  • WOO HOO!! That's awesome! It's when you know you can stick with it throughout whatever life throws out at you, that you know can do this forever. You're doing awesome!
