Since Friday I've been avoiding this forum in shame because I fell off the wagon..well...

NOT ANYMORE!! I'M BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!! I'm RECOMMITTING myself to the most important journey in my life - my weightloss/taking care of myself journey

I have a fresh outlook on how eating healthy and exercise makes me FEEL and LOOK SOOO much better. I've missed it

Not letting myself down again!! Hello 3FC how I've missed yoou!!!

There is no shame in falling off, only shame if you do not get back on, because then and only then are you a wuss! Glad to see that you have recommitted...you can do it!

It happens to all of us I've recently gotten back in. I lost 18lbs - to only gain about 6lbs back - to only go back down to a total of 19lbs. Just keep motivated and remember that this is for a healthy future

I don't think you actually fell off the wagon! I think that really you just had a momentary lapse in judgement... and heck we all do that right
