So close to being under 200...
I haven't put a massive amount of time into my weight loss goals. All things considered the amount of time I actually put into trying to lose weight has only been a little over half a year. People told me that my body would likely start to no longer have the ability to lose weight without starting to appear unhealthy, but it's starting to look like 190 might have been a realistic weight after all.
I have three weeks of vacation time this year. I think I will dedicate all three to a much heavier level of physical activity and see just how far I can take myself.
Perhaps 190 is the stepping stone before a new goal is set.
