There is nothing wrong with you....just with your plan. Do you have a plan? I know how it is to want to overeat. I have a binge eating disorder. I have had to really stay accountable. I count calories and carbs. I eat no sugar and very low carb but I lost most of my weight counting calories. It's hard to binge on chicken.
It's great that you know what motivates you....accountability. Why not do Weight Watchers? Then you know that you will be weighed in front of someone else. Or, maybe your significant other can weigh you once a week and you can set up consequences for weight lost. Or, have you thought about a different birth control? If you don't struggle without the Pill, maybe you can just use condoms?
You really have a lot going for you because you are aware of what you need and what has caused this. That's a huge part of this journey! Now, you just need to implement it so that you are going in the right direction.
Oh and if you can afford it, then maybe a personal trainer could make you accountable. But, eventually, you'll need to find intrinsic motivation because you can't depend on someone else forever.
