Default Books on Food Addiction?

Have you read any books on food addiction? What has been your favorite? I never really thought of it as addiction before, but I've been thinking about it alot lately and I am most definitely addicted to food.

Conquer your food addiction by Caryl Elrich- totally helped me with the psychological reasons of WHY I overate. I didn't follow any plans she had at the end of the book but understanding how overeating can be part of a habit really helped me to quell my daily cravings at night.

Oh btw I bought a used copy on amazon- much cheaper

oh.. I get it... I'm a little slow, I thought you were addicted to books about food... LOL. I know I am. I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions.

A Course in Weight Loss is good, I've yet to read it, it's by Marianne Williamson.

THE END OF OVEREATING by David Kessler. There is perhaps more science than one needs, but he reveals how fast food companies and restaurant chains conspire to make people addicted to their food.

That is the book I meant! (I'll correct mine) and yes I would highly recommend this book.
