I'm am a bit disappointed in myself lately, I haven't been trying hard enough with my food choices. I'm working to get out of this slump. I'm going to make today better. It seems like there is chocolate everywhere. But I did find something to substitute. Have any of you ever tried Meringue cookies? They taste great and they are extremely low in fat and calories.
