I just recently saw a picture at what I think is my heaviest weight. The highest recorded weight for me was 280-282 (crappy scale) I am sure, though that I might have hit 290. Either that, or the camera caught every possible unflattering angle.
The worst part of it, is that the picture is one of the last I took with my dad before he passed, so I can never "hide the evidence"
I am now 262'ish and plan NEVER to return anywhere near that weight!
210- Its what the scale said last Thursday. I thought that the scale must be broken or something but it wasn't. I can't believe I let myself get this far.
I am quite literally sedentary and eat the most impossibly unhealthy diet with the mantra "it tastes good, and I only live once!"
But it stops here. I am determined that this will be the highest and I will start to care about myself, and make positive changes in my life.
The highest I have ever gotten is about 260. I never realized how big or unhealthy I was until I stepped on a scale and even then it didn't really hit me until I was a good way into my journey. Looking at old pictures I now wonder how I never realized it how big I'd gotten. I do not ever want to be that big again.
The heaviest I have ever been was 175, 7 months ago and I remember also teetering between 170-175 when I was a senior in high school.
I was 180 1 month after giving birth, but I don't think that would count.
i believe my heaviest was around 325ish that was back in high school...got down to 250 (drug related) got clean....now here i am 279 and i just want to go down
170lbs. - just this past week. I am 45, and growing up, never really had any weight issues, though they definitely run in my family. Up until last week I didn't exercise and the past several years weight has just built up and not come off. I am heavier today than I have been 9 months pregnant with each of my 3 children. I finally decided I am sick and tired of feeling unfit and want to be thin and in shape again!
Oh gosh, I look more than just "swollen"! My belly looks 6 months pregnant! lol I have a small torso - so the weight kind of gathers right there (and on my thighs, my butt, my arms.. )
