its taken me just about 6 months to add sweets back in. I dont think after a month you have enough "control" over it, give it more time.

One thing i do to help curb the sweet attacks is at work there is those 25 cent machines. I only bring 50 cents with me. So i get 2 different kinds of sweet but its WAY better than a full chocolate bar or whatever else i can get my hands on.

I forgot to add... Sugar free Jello and pudding HELPED!!!! they were what really got me through alot of cravings Also when you stop having sugar for such a long time and decide to have some trust me its kinda gross. haha
