I've been on track for THREE DAYS now.
A victory? Sure, why not!
The real victory here is that I'm excited about my journey again. I'm not suffering. I'm loving every second. I'm feeling happy and (psychologically) light.
I've yet to start making 'real' progress. I've just cut back to 1500-1600 cals a day and I've done a 20 min. workout video every day. Not much, I know. But I hope to build slowly up so that I am consuming less and working more. I can do this. I just don't need to do it all at once.
