Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce
Lunch: Sirloin burger with FF american cheese and bun (points), fresh fruit salad
Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with balsamic vinagrette, red onion, tomato, and black olives; Chicken/green onions/chicken broth/mushrooms/garlic over ww angel hair pasta
B: Fiber one with skim and banana
S: Grapes
L: LO grilled salmon, herbed baked potatoes, Carolina cole slaw
S: Apple
D: LO grilled turkey kabobs, some sort of vegetable
S: If I'm hungry . . . WW chocolate chocolate chip muffin (3 pts)
I have been drinking the coke zero. I like it but once I get a taste of the real thing....I lose control! It tastes good but not like the real thing! I sound like a commercial.
I have been overweight all my life. I never got regular soda as a kid so I never developed a taste for it. I've tried it a couple of times and I hate the sugary coating it leaves in my mouth. Even with alcohol, I drink diet soda. I like Jack Daniels and Diet Coke. Used to get me some funny looks in the bars!
