Me: 205, down half a pound from last week. Or in other words, not nearly enough.
well I've been in the low 180's for like 4 months, just stayed the same, I guess its better than gaining, I think weighing in is very important, don't want to get on the scale in a month and see a big gain! What do I need to do? Uhh, eat less, and track, that will be my goal for this week, I actually get quite a lot of movement with my work, and we just got a professional cybex machine. My next Dr. appointment is 9/24, can I reach 179 by then? I also don't want to go on cholesterol medication and I hate the blood pressure medication, so time to get back on the wagon!
Ok, sorry to post again, but here's my weight, 182,4, as of today, I gained a total of almost 30 pounds back in a year and a half, and am 5 pounds heavier than when I started, I guess it could be worse. So I am setting a small goal for this week, tracking, maybe I need to smart on a smaller scale and not make huge commitments to myself. My mini goal will be to try and get to 179, okay I'm off to my daily plate.
