its 12pm and im halfway in my points..i see how this weight has crept back on me now, i just haven't been paying attention to WHAT i eat. i lost 60lbs a couple years ago. i started at 204 and got down to 159 so i know i can do this, and i used weight watchers to kick start it then also and i really did like it.
im feeling overwhelmed right now though, but i do know it will get easier as time goes on. ill post at the end of the day so i have some accountability (which is really what i need)
