I was working out today like I normally do. Playing dance dance revolution on my playstation. Worked up a pretty good sweat allthough not to the extreme. I was not that tired either. Suddenly after 40 minutes of dancing my heart started racing, like SERIOUSLY! I could feel it almost popping out of my chest..and it had this weird rhythm too..almost like a horse running. ba-ba-bom ba-ba-bom ba-ba-bom...And I stopped dancing emediatly and tried to sit down but that didn't help either right away and I was thinking "This is it. There's no one home to help me. I'm gonna die". Fortunately for me (haha, that's an understatement really) it calmed down after 2 minutes or so...but that seriously freaked me out.... I mean, am I doing something wrong to make it act like that? I thought eating healthy and exercising would make the body better. Anyone else who has felt something like this before?
I'm kinda scared to go back to exercising again because I'm scared it will happen again and it was just a really bad feeling..
