Hello, New Member looking for email weight loss support buddy
Hello,
I am Peacebunny and I am new here. I am looking to lose over 100 pounds by June 2012. I need help because I am always getting distracted by easy food and reasons not to go to the gym by the way...my membership was only $67 for the whole year. I just want someone to talk to about what I'm eating, when I want to eat and why I shouldn't eat certain things. Maybe with companionship I can finally whittle away these excess pounds. I am in my mid thirties and wish to be fit by my forties. Anybody want to be my e-buddy weight loss friend?

I am Belezura and would love to keep you motivated. As a matter of fact we could help each other. I have hard time keeping my eating clean during the weekends, and was looking for someone to text on the “bad” moments.

I ate a mcdonalds breakfast that consisted of Steak,egg & cheese bagel, hasbrown and small coke. While this was probaby not the best choice...it was fast while I was rushing on my way to work. I then got to work and ate the free donuts that they have laid out because there were simply 3 dozen that would not be ignored. I also had cake because it was a coworkers birthday and it wasn't going to eat itself. The best thing is I haven't even eaten dinner yet because I'm still at work. I will try to do better tomorrow....at least I hope so.

I'd be happy to join the motivation train if you'll have me. Been here about three days, feeling good about the changes I've made so far, but I'm dreading when the "honeymoon" phase is over.
OMG I love McD's steak bagel. Yum..... Glad it's way past breakfast, so I can't be tempted
The more the merrier...I'm feeling good and I am just going to treat it like an all you can eat buffet that never ends instead of honeymoon cause a buffet comes with many different things and can entertain you for hours but hopefully I'll lose weight with this buffet!!
You are more than welcometo join....the more the merrier as we appear to be in similar boats. I thought that I would have to talk to myself at first but it appears with you guys hoppping in that I will be ok. I am still trying to jump start my weight loss by small goals...I signed up for the 30 pounds by X-mas thread. I hope to be there, close to it or past it.
You must prepare breakfast and work outfit in advance or else being on the verge of of being late for work will always make you stop for that McDonalds steak sammich and forget conveniently that you could have ordered the oatmeal, fruit parfait, and water and had a better morning...Think about it...your future shape won't be built off of steak biscuits....
I believe we can because since talking to you guys I have skipped that steak bagel and got my butt into gear fixing breakfast and lunch for work in the morning and its helping and I've lowered my calorie intake and have been actually sticking to it. I joined another site called fatsecret but its all about journals, calorie intake, and challenges there and its helping me as well but my forum support family is here so I'm on both sites trying to keep to the goal.
