Your #1 is one of mine, too.
1 - Never eat burger and fries, just one or the other
2 - Eat vegetables at every lunch and dinner, fruit at every breakfast
3 - One serving of meat a day
4 - When dining out, choose shrimp, fish, or chicken
5 - Do some yard work every day, in addition to exercise
6 - Any purchased coffee must be a medium or small cup with 1% or 2% milk (not cream, and no drinks that look like a pie)
7 - Pizza is always thin crust, extra sauce, light cheese, vegetable toppings
