Smile Holidays away don't need to mean holidays from dieting success! :D

I'm just so excited I thought I would share this with you guys and hopefully keep others motivated throughout the summer season. I just jumped on the scales after returning from a 2-week holiday in Turkey and found that I have lost 7lbs

I really enjoyed my holiday and was careful with what I ate, making sure that the "oh well I'm on holiday I'll have a holiday from my diet" attitude didn't set in and now I feel fantastic!

It just goes to show that being away doesn't have to mean that your diet is doomed! It can actually be easier to eat well given the right mindset, after all, when you're on the beach/round the pool you are not sat at home with a kitchen full of snacks calling your name!

Just a few better choices whilst away will do wonders for your confidence and make you feel much better about yourself when away and will prevent you from wanting to hide your scales when you get home :P

Hopefully this is encouraging to all

Good luck chicks x

That's fantastic - well done!!

I have planned a mini-break for me and my boyfriend this week as it's his birthday. I have already planned a healthy picnic for Thursday and any naughty things I have bought are all treats I HATE and he loves, so I won't be tempted and he won;t miss out on birthday sugar highs

I'm very excited about it and hopehopehope I can stick to what I've prepared myself for so I can smash my first mini-goal at my weigh in on Sunday
