Today is day 5 of my increased exercise and healthier eating. I haven't weighed myself, but I can feel a difference, and I actually sleep better, have more energy, and feel better. I hope everyone has a great day

I'm so glad things are going well for you so far. It doesn't take long at all for you to notice differences once you start eating better and exercising. You just feel better about yourself. Keep up the good work.
