Hello all! I have been absent for a long while. I hit goal on Sept. 11 last year, and did well maintaining for about 6 months. When the spring hit, I began to experience the stress and sedentary lifestyle that came with finishing my Master's degree. I have emerged (successfully!

) from that time 16 lbs heavier.

It's so easy to make excuses.... but no wallowing for me!
I am back on plan as of this morning. I hit the gym and have been eating on plan today. If I lost this weight once, I can do it again! And, of course, I know no better place to find support than right here!
