I would like to join :) I already do accountability in other threads but it's good to set a goal. I see some people have birthday's on the 29th of December, mine is the 28th and I was hoping to hit goal by then.
I'm four pounds heavier than my ticker right now because TOM has decided it would be fun to make me bloated and constipated. (yesterday it was a five pound difference) I only have about 18 pounds to goal, but I lose about 5 pounds a month so I think this will work well. I'm also doing New Rules of Lifting for Women. SW:162.2 (damnit TOM!) CW:162.2 GW:140 I weigh daily, but I'll try and keep the posting to around once a week as to not clutter this place up as there are many here participating :) |

I am doing Atkins and had my most "on plan" week ever, my only cheats where an extra cup of lettuce and a handful of cashews, but lost "only" 1.7 pounds. I KNOW that this past week I lost more inches than ever before... So I finally got the guts to measured myself for the fist time last night, now I wish I had done it sooner. I think that I am going to keep doing this every two weeks so when the scale tells me I am a big failure I can look at the measurements and help remind myself I'm not.
