I weighed 255.0 today DOWN 3.5 pounds!

This isn't by any means a regular weigh-in day but the scale read 198.8 4 times today! I just kinda wanted to announce onederland in this thread because this challenge has really given me some perspective about just finishing out the year well. If I can keep this up till the end of the year, then I can definitely make it to my goal weight next year! And then keep living the new lifestyle for the rest of my life! So thanks! :grouphug:
