My computer locked up on me last night ughhhh. No computer no cable no phone ... Bundle packages are great until they do that ... Catch up time

Penguin just saw your new cut. Cute, love the pose too, so elegant

Diana I am so happy for you. I told you you had Onederland in the palm of your hand. Congratulations

Raven WTG what a wonderful way to start the day. We had our church cookout today and the only thing that was there that I could (would) eat was watermelon. I decided to pass until I got home. I was serving lemonade, sweetened ice tea, juice and water. I drank two bottles of water. I wanted fried fish and pasta salad but I didn't give in. for US I only get a nasty salty taste when I have too much sodium.

MissVick, I feel you with the weekend in slip ups. I am working on that also. With home made recipes I add up all of the calories in each ingredient like for my chili. Each thing I put in it came up to 3.5 - 4 servings so I added up the total calories and divided it by 4. So my one cup of chili came to 285 calories which I thought was excellent since it filled me up with my 1oz of cornbread.

GettinFit, good for you on your walk this morning. I wish I had time this morning. My day didn't go as planned but I still had a good day. I hope I have a good weigh in in the morning

Hi Sacha

Jen I signed on and saw the pregnancy ticker on there and then saw you, I got so excited. I'm a lot weird like that when it comes to baby's Congratulations, I am so happy for you.

Wysteria your lunch sounds great. I love a good tender roast.

Hi MamaP

Today's eats 8/29/10

Breakfast (783) <-- big breakfast
Grits, 2 eggs scrambled cooked in marg, 2 slices whole wheat toast w/ marg and apple jelly, 4 strips bacon, skim

Snack (162)
Bran cereal dry, small banana

Dinner (207)
Spinach/Lettuce salad, with Parmesan cheese, bacon bits, croutons and light Caesar dressing

Total calories 1152
Water 64ozs
No exercise other than serving beverages, bending for ice and water in the heat and sweating so much that my clothes were saturated

I tried the Lean Cuisine Lobster Ravioli, not good at all. (at least not to me) So 260 of my calories of for dinner went in the trash. But I did enjoy my breakfast, hope I don't pay for it in the morning

Diana - Not yet, I didn't really count on the weekend, had a bridal shower and was helping friends who were renovating their house so food was kind of all over the place. I ate pretty well, just at odd times and more meat than I am used too. I haven't weighed myself yet, will tomorrow. I am going to use this week as a guide to how things are doing.
